Creamy Horseradish

This goes really well with prime rib and other beef dishes. The proportions here are rather hot but also pleasant. Use an regular (not extra hot) horseradish or a different ratio of ingredients if this is too much.

Note: It is very important to make this a day ahead of time and to allow it to air out before serving to prevent it being overpowering and harsh.

  1. Mix together and refrigerate overnight
  2. Remove from refrigerator and set uncovered for at least 1 hour before first use
