Ingredients
- 4 (8 oz) blocks room temperature
- 16 tablespoons (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
Variants
Pumpkin Spice: add 2.5tsp of Pumpkin Spice per block of cream cheese
Moderately Sweet: use a 2:1 ratio of sugar to cream cheese
Very Sweet: use a 4:1 ratio of sugar to cream cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl cream together cream cheese and butter.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
- Let frosting set in the fridge for a few hours to firm up if needed.
- Store in refrigerator.
