Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4c butter, softened (168g)
 - 3/4c raw sugar sugar (144g)
 - 3/4c dark brown sugar  
- NOTE: light brown sugar will not yield the same results
 
 - 2 eggs
 - 1.5t vanilla
 - 2 1/4c + 2T flour (285g)
 - 1t baking soda
 - 3/4t salt
 - 8oz chocolate chips 
- NOTE: I prefer fewer chocolate chips in my cookies. The default recipe calls for a 12oz bag.
 
 
Instructions
- Beat sugars and butter on medium until creamy.
 - Blend in eggs and vanilla.
 - Combine flour, salt and baking soda in another bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
 - Stir in chocolate chips.
 - Drop by tablespoon falls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
 - Bake at 350 8-14 minutes.
 - Cool on wire racks.
