Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken, Breasts
- 1/4 c Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp Pepper, Black
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 c Lemon, Juice
- 15 oz Tomatoes, Diced
- 8 oz Tomatoes, Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1 can Olives, Black
- 1 Pepper, Green, Minced
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 Bouillon Cube, Chicken
- 1 pkg Noodles, spaghetti
- 1 pkg Noodles, spaghetti
Instructions
- Heat olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil, thyme, garlic, pepper. Marinate cut-up chicken breasts in mixture for 2 hours. After chicken is marinated, cook chicken in mixture.
- Add green pepper; cook until pepper is desired tenderness.
- Add whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, bouillon cubes; cook 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add olives and serve over cooked spaghetti.
