Chicken and Waffle Sandwich
- 4 slices low sodium bacon, halved crosswise 
 - 3 T mayo 
 - 1 T buttermilk 
 - 1 t cider vinegar 
 - 1/4 t sugar 
 - 1/4 t garlic powder 
 - 1/8 t fresh ground pepper 
 - 8 frozen whole-grain waffles, toasted 
 - 6 oz chicken, thinly sliced 
 - 8 tomato slices 
 - 4 boston lettuce leaves 
 
Directions
- Cook bacon till crisp 
 - Combine mayo and next 5 ingredients 
 - Spread may mixture evenly over 4 waffles 
 - Divide chicken, tomato and lettuce among servings 
 - Top with remaining waffles
