Preheat oven to 450F 1. Chop capers and slice cheese 1. Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium high 1. Add chopped capers, oregano, 1t garlic. Cook until slightly softened ~1 min. 1. Add tomato paste, 1/2c water, and red pepper flakes. Cook until combined and thickened (2-3 min) 1. Put salt and pepper on chicken. Place chicken into a baking dish. Top the chicken with the sauce and sliced cheese 1. Bake 20 minutes 1. Boil water in a medium pot. Add orzo an dboil 9 minutes. Drain orzo. 1. Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and chop the kale 1. Add 1t garlic and kale to the pan and saute. When kale is slightly wilted add 1/4c water and cook until the water has cooked off. 1. Add kale to the drained orzo and add creme fraiche. Combine and divide among 2 plates. 1.
