Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2# frozen hash browns (defrosted) 
 - 1/2 cup melted butter 
 - 1t salt 
 - 1/4t pepper 
 - 1/2 cup chopped onion 
 - 1 can (10 1/2oz) can cream of chicken soup 
 - 10oz shredded cheddar 
 - 1/2 pint sour cream 
 - 2 cups corn flakes, crushed. 
 - 1/4 cup butter 
 
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, melted butter, salt and pepper. 
 - Combine onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Mix together. 
 - Add the cheese mixture to the potato mixture and mix together. 
 - Put in 9x13 dish. 
 - Combine corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle them on top of the casserole. 
 - Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
