 * 1 c Sugar, White
 * 1/2 c Sugar, Brown
 * 2  Egg
 * 1 tbsp Water
 * 1 tsp Vanilla
 * 3 c Flour
 * 1 tsp Baking Soda
 * 1/2 tsp Salt

== Instructions ==
 1. Cover and chill dough.  Place 1 Tblsp dough on greased cookie sheet about 2” apart.  Flatten and place 1 mint wafer on top.  Bake 10 minutes.
