Buckeyes

Ingredients

  • 2 c Peanut Butter
  • 16 oz Sugar, Confectioners
  • 1/2 lb Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 12 oz Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 stick Paraffin Wax

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla. Roll into balls and freeze for 10-20 minutes.
  2. Melt together chocolate chips and paraffin. Dip frozen balls into melted chocolate mixture.
