Blueberry Almond Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1c water
- 1/4c steel cut oats
- 1/4c milk
- 1t almonds
- 1/3c blueberries
- 1t flaxseed
Instructions
- Boil water over high heat.
- Add steel-cut oats. Cook, stirring, for 25 minutes, until the oatmeal is soft.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add milk, almonds, blueberries, and flaxseed.
- Mix and serve.
