Beecher's Flagship cheese, grated (about 4 cups) * 4 oz. Just Jack cheese, grated (about 1 cup) * 1/2 tsp Kosher salt * 1/2 tsp chili powder * 1/8 tsp garlic powder == Instructions == 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9"x13" baking dish. 2. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add penne, gently stir, and cook for 9 minutes or until noodles are cooked through but still chewy. 3. Rinse pasta in cold water and set aside. 4. Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat. 5. Whisk in flour. 6. Continue whisking and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Slowly add milk while whisking. Cook until sauce thickens (about 10 minutes) stirring frequently. Remove from heat. 8. Add remaining ingredients to the milk mixture. Store until cheese is melted and ingredients are incorporated. 9. Combine pasta and sauce in a large bowl and mix together. 10. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
