== Ingredients ==
 * 1/2 cup butter
 * 1 cup sugar
 * 1 egg
 * 3-4 bananas
 * 3 cups flour
 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
 * 1 teaspoon baking soda

== Instructions ==
 1. Cream together butter, sugar, and egg (I use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment)
 2. Add bananas to the mixer
 3. In another bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda
 4. Mix flour mixture into banana mixture
 5. Coat loaf pan with non stick cooking spray
 6. Bake at 350 for at least an hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
