Balsamic-Tarragon Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 8-10lb ham
- 1/4c balsamic vinegar
- 1/4c yellow mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2T dried tarragon
- 2T brown sugar
- 1t black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275. Line a deep roasting pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the ham in the pan and cover loosely with foil. Bake for 15 minutes per pound or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest end reads 140.
- Meanwhile, stir together the balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, tarragon, brown sugar and pepper. Add salt to taste.
- Once baked, remove the ham from the oven and turn the temperature up to 450. Brush the top and sides of the ham with the glaze, then return the ham to the oven. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the glaze is browned. Allow ham to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
