BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    • Or 1 pound ground turkey, chicken, or beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce (see note)
  • 1 15-oz can black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat pan over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring constantly.
