- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 15-oz can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 tortillas
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
